All plans are prepaid: 1-Month ($10), 3-Months ($30), 6-Months ($50), 1-Year ($90), 3-Years ($200).
First-time purchase: 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact info@sastaai.net within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Renewals & long-term plans: Non-refundable after activation, except where required by law.
Abuse or violations: Accounts terminated for ToS violations are not eligible for refunds.
Service issues: If we experience a confirmed, extended outage (24h+ continuous unavailability) during your active term, contact us for a good-faith credit or partial refund.
